Prior to co-founding Fairman Consulting, she was Chief Executive Officer of The Boardwalk Group, where her responsibilities included oversight of the company's management and leadership; financial planning and strategy; interaction with key clients, suppliers and community organizations; and accountability for all corporate meetings and processes.

As the majority shareholder of the company, she chose to sell the business in 2003 to focus on two things: serving a smaller client base with focused consulting services, and raising her two young children (Gentian and Gunnar).

Christine's previous work experience includes broadcast media sales, retail management, ad agency client service and client-side marketing leadership. Immediately prior to Boardwalk, she was an Investment Manager at Eventide Investments, working with clients on their organizational efficiency, with a major emphasis on marketing. She has managed marketing and communications relationships in a number of industries, including regional and national brands such as Homestead Village, SableStone, the PARC Group, Nocatee and Delex Systems.

Christine has been a leader for a number of non-profit organizations. She currently serves as secretary of the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville and a member of the Executive Committee of the museum's MOCA Art Council. Christine is also involved with the St. Vincent's Women's Council; Halloween Doors & More for PedsCare; and Foster Hope. She participated in the initial philanthropy class for The Community Foundation in Jacksonville and is a member of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2001.

Christine attended Duke University and graduated from the University of Florida.
